Absolutely AMAZING customer service from David. Highly recommend, was local to me in Brisbane also to pick up. I chose the product and he confirmed it’s the correct one - sooo many options to choose from on site. I replaced this week and it fitted like a glove. Ordered the wrong size (my bad!) via ebay; returned the products and received confirmation from ebay that Skybrite had received the return goods. Refund was supposed to happen by 30th March. ebay did not process the refund and when I contacted Skybrite David was very helpful in explaining the process and raising  ticket item with ebay. I have now been refunded and will order the correct items.

Hi Ian, we received your enquiry on 17 April at 8:12pm and responded on 20 April at 8:26am. In that email, we explained that as the return was lodged through eBay, the refund is processed through their system and unfortunately isn’t something we can expedite on our end. In our reply, we also offered a solution to help you move forward with the correct items while the refund was being finalised, however we didn’t receive a response to that email. We spoke by phone on 24 April at 12:22pm, where this was explained again and you were advised to raise it with eBay. We can see the refund was processed and issued the following day. Hello I have had a good experience with this company The product that I ordered wasn’t right for the job because I ordered the wrong product, and the company quickly attended to my request for a refund. Thank you to the helpful staff at Skybrite.
