• Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of receipt.

• Products must be unused, unmarked, in “as-new” condition, and in their original packaging.

• Return postage is paid by the purchaser.

• The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

• A 10% restocking fee (calculated on the original purchase price) applies.

Exclusions

• Special-order domes, larger custom dome orders, and Skylight kits are not eligible for a refund.

• In limited circumstances, a store credit may be considered.

• Orders that exceed 5 kg, have a large volumetric size, or are destined for remote/rural locations may incur additional freight charges in addition to the flat rate.

• Before dispatch, we will email you freight quotes, total cost, and payment terms. Any additional freight charges must be paid prior to dispatch.

• All orders ship with standard delivery cover. Optional transit insurance is available at the buyer’s discretion—please contact admin@skybriteskylights.com.au before your order is dispatched to request a quote and arrange payment.

• Non-cancellable once commenced: Special-order domes, custom domes, custom diffusers, and Skylight kits cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

• Costs on mid-process cancellations: If a non-standard stocked item is cancelled at any stage (ordering, manufacturing, packaging, or delivery), the customer must reimburse Skybrite Skylights for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation (e.g., materials, labour, administration, freight, and third-party charges).

• The total order price is shown at checkout, inclusive of item price, GST, shipping, and any unavoidable or pre-selected fees.

• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all billing and delivery details are accurate before completing the order.

• If you require Skybrite to issue a manual invoice on your behalf, a small administration fee will apply.
