Material & Durability
Manufactured to Australian Standard AS4285 using UV stabilised acrylic.
All replacement skylight domes and replacement skylight diffusers and covers are manufactured using the highest grade 3mm high impact UV stabilized acrylic sheeting. This allows superior clarity of light, resistance to discolouration, heat and hail resistant and longevity.

• Measure the roof opening (throat) if the dome is missing or damaged
• Match the fixing style (screwed into the side or down onto the flashing)

• Identify the diffuser type (flat, domed, or vented)
• Measure across the diffuser diameter
• Check whether it twists and turns on or if it rests on the ceiling insert lip
• Match the finish (prismatic or frosted acrylic)

The manufacturer’s warranty commences on the date of purchase (payment received) and covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years under normal use.
Exclusions (not covered):

Misuse, negligence, or abnormal/incorrect use of the product

Improper, incomplete, or incorrect installation or fitment

Normal wear and tear

Damage or defects arising from shipment by carriers

Any attempt to repair, alter, or service the product by you or an unauthorised third party
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and in accordance with the product’s intended purpose and installation guidelines.
Exclusions – Acts of God

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, unmarked, in “as-new” condition, and in their original packaging.

Return postage is paid by the purchaser.

The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

A 10% restocking fee (calculated on the original purchase price) applies.

Special-order domes, larger custom dome orders, and Skylight kits are not eligible for a refund.

In limited circumstances, a store credit may be considered.

Additional Freight Charges
Some items may incur additional freight charges due to their size, weight, or delivery location.
This typically applies to:

- Orders exceeding standard courier limits
- Deliveries to rural or remote areas

Transit Cover & Insurance
All orders are shipped with standard delivery cover.

Non-cancellable once commenced: Special-order domes, custom domes, custom diffusers, and Skylight kits cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Costs on mid-process cancellations: If a non-standard stocked item is cancelled at any stage (ordering, manufacturing, packaging, or delivery), the customer must reimburse Skybrite Skylights for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation (e.g., materials, labour, administration, freight, and third-party charges).

The total order price is shown at checkout, inclusive of item price, GST, shipping, and any unavoidable or pre-selected fees.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all billing and delivery details are accurate before completing the order.

If you require Skybrite to issue a manual invoice on your behalf, a small administration fee will apply.
