Who Is Covered

If you live in Australia and you are the original consumer purchaser you are entitled to the benefits of this warranty.

What Is Covered

We warrant that your spare parts are free from any manufacturing defects.


Acts of God

This warranty does not cover any events beyond the control of Skybrite Skylights; such as flooding, earthquakes, bush fires, tropical cyclones, and severe storms carrying gale force winds in excess of 50km/h, causing damage to the skylight or causing leaks to occur. Any damage incurred as a result of these events, is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

How Long Are You Covered

The length of your warranty commences upon payment of the product, and continues a period of 5 years while you remain the original purchaser and reside in the residence the skylight was installed in.

Conditions of Sale

All products and services offered for sale by Skybrite Skylights are sold subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. These terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of the products offered by Skybrite Skylights.


Payment for all skylight spar parts is due on checkout. Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or Direct Transfer are accepted forms of payment.


Orders in excess of 5kg and/or in remote locations are subject to extra freight charges, on top of the flat rate charge, as stated at the time of ordering on the website. An email will be sent prior to dispatch to the customer outling the freight quotes, cost and terms of payment. Freight must be paid before dispatch.

Cancellation of Orders

Large dome orders and Skylight kit orders can not be cancelled once commmenced. If cancellation of a standard stocked item occurs during the manufacturing, packaging or delivery of an order, the Customer shall fully reimburse Skybrite Skylights for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the total of the order and return freight will be paid for by the customer.


Risk for damage to the product/s shall pass to the Customer at the time of receipt of the goods by the Customer on site or at their chosen address.

Damaged Deliveries

In the event of a damaged delivery, notice must be given within 24 hours of receipt from the transport company via either email or phone. Photo evidence must be provided to persue possible compensation from said transport company.


Returns for credit will only be accepted for standard stocked products. Custom dome orders and Skylight kits will not be returned. The goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original packaging and unmarked in as new condition. Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser, original delivery fee is not refundable and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the orginal purchasing price will be charged.
